Request Account Deletion

We respect your privacy and provide a straightforward way to delete your account and all associated personal data from the FindMeDriver platform.

What data will be deleted?

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

Your personal profile information (name, email, phone number).
Your vehicle details and uploaded documents.
Your trip history and location records.
Your driver/owner rating and feedback data.

Note: Some transaction data may be retained for a limited period as required by law for tax and accounting purposes.

How to request deletion

To initiate the deletion of your account, please send an email to our support team from the email address associated with your FindMeDriver account.

Email Deletion Request

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
